Polish vegetarian dishes

Poles do eat a lot of meat, but there are also may non meat dishes that they enjoy!  Pierogi (dumplings) with sourkrout, cheese, tomato and cheese, friuts, are often seen on polish tables, especially on Fridays, since a lot of them do not eat meat on Friday.  Some other are: Krokiety with mushrooms, Nalesniki (blintzes) with farmer's cheese and Racuchy (pancakes) with apples.
