Polish soups

There are many different kinds of soups, often eaten every day by poles.  Polish soups are mostly served with noodles or rice.  Most know types of polish are: tomato, pickle, krupnik, zur, red borsch, tomato, cauliflower, mushroom and chicken noodle soup. Chicken noodle soup is always served with noodles, and it is know as the most popular soups.  Old polish tradition was to served “rosol”- chicken noodle soup on Sunday!
