Mexican cookery has many excellent rich or spicy dishes. The most known Mexican dishes are: tacos, tortillas, frijoles, guacamole, enchilada, quesadillas and salsa. Mexican food characterizes of a use of variety ingredients that makes the food so tasteful! Most common ingredients used to prepare Mexican dishes are: Masa, which is dough made of lime-processed cornmeal, mostly formed into tamales, tortillas and empanadas. Another two ingredients regularly used in Mexican kitchen are Chile pepper and beans. There are few types of Chile pepper used such as: pasilla, jalapeno, cascabel, and ancho, and also large assortment of beans: (black bean, pinots beans (dried and fresh) and red or kidney beans. Letís not forget about sweet tooth of Mexican culture. Some most common desserts are: empanadas (stuffed filling pastry), champurrado (chocolate drink), Sapotes dulces ( made of a tropical fruits from Mexico), bunuelos (fried treats) and the most popular Flan (an oven-baked caramel custard).
